This is a book about five people who I consider to be heroes of psychological warfare. There is no doubt that the battles they fought left them with scars, but they won a real victory.
The hero's mission is immortality and return, that is, the hero reaches perfection through a unique act that embodies courage, and through which the hero is born again, to teach us - the young ones - the lessons he experienced, and this book of mine is my way of praising these victorious heroes, and depicting them as they tell their terrifying and fruitful tales, when each of them had to behead a different monster, where each of them used a different weapon, and relied on a different war strategy.
At first glance, these five may seem very different, but after peeling back the outer layers, we discover that their unconscious needs are surprisingly similar, and that we all need to feel loved in order to live a good life.
What these five teach us is that each one of us can be a hero. They show us how to dive deep into ourselves and shine a light on our hidden sides, discover what lies in those dark corners, then drag it into the light, and finally confront it.
They bravely walked their journey and took unknown paths in pursuit of change, reminding us that we can overcome our fears and break the boundaries we have imposed on ourselves when we confused confinement with safety, and finally inspiring us by showing us that every self-examination is courage itself.
These brave people left an indelible impression on me while in therapy, and I hope their courage inspires you as well.

For categories not mentioned, you can return any product you purchased from us within 14 days from the date of order without asking any questions. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your delivery of the package to the shipping company. However, in many cases you will receive your refund sooner. This time frame includes the time it takes for the return to reach us (5-10 business days), the time it takes to process the return once it is received (3-5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days).
